I love rr highspeed even the lite rr is great have had both and NEVER an issue - i have no way to get their svc where I have moved and am very upset with the currewnt provider I have though I am locked in and RR will notr come here yet - I would like to request that they do PLEASE!!! I miss the great ISP service they provide and have always received the ABEST customer svc from RR - Praying that they will come into the mobile home park where I reside very soon. I thiunk RR is the GREATEST !!!!!

Very bad customer service. Long hold times. When they came to supposedly install internet and 2 addl. tv boxes, the installers work order said install a phone. I DID not order a phone! I ended up getting the modem and tv boxes from the local office, and installing them myself.Then the internet would not work. After spending 2+ hours on the phone, finnaly worked. I was told that I got 10 Meg download speed for $30/mo. by rep. but when I went in to office to pay, they said that was $44.95 for that service. My best downloads now are 2.4 Meg. What a RIP TW is.

Roadrunner is ok - but needs a bad upgrade to stop down times and slow responces. Sometimes I agree that DSL is faster but I still like cable. I liked the old Adelphia really - service was better and support was excellent. Faster times runs also.

I changed to Road Runner from AT&T DSL believing what they told me about it being faster than DSL. Wrong! It is probably slower than DSL. I called to get Road Runner Turbo today and they told me it would really speed me along. I did the speed test recommended and it is about the same...if not slower...and costs $10 more per month. I will probably disconnect and go back to DSL. It is way less expensive and it is what it is.

Lousy service. I have been trying to reconnect to the internet all afternoon. I have called the office 7 times and no one could help and would not let me speak to a supervisor. Finally, the last girl I talked to said the service was not connected yet, but would be by 7:30p.m. I waited until 8:30 and it is till not connected. I can't even find a place to compain to.
