With Comcast you must always make sure and check your bill, each and every month. It seems every time I checked my bill I find elevated charges in it. I am also puzzled by how a large company such as Comcast could not figure out that the modem I was using for several months was my own, consequently, they kept right on charging me each month for a modem that was not theirs and when I went into one of their offices I was unable to get the matter resolved so as long as I wanted to continue with Comcast I had to pay them rent on a piece of equipment that was not even theirs .very sad

I download McAffee for the first time ever...since its free and it was ez. I was paying 49.99 for Norton before. Smartzone is awesome. You can listen to your voicemail if you have the comcast digital voice service. Fun stuff.

I had comcast for years in Maryland but when I moved to Virginia I had to take BECO. No high speed internet, only channels you pay for are there and old, old movies are free. I wish Comcast would come to Virginia.

When it works, it's great. However have had repeated outages for several hours at a time and with phone and cable for business are all hooked to the cable, I'm in trouble

Comcast internet has given me an awful lot of enjoyment. What took me several hours or longer, now takes me a half hour, even with downloads! I can visit my News Sites and the Groups I belong to and be finished long before my neck and shouldiers begin to hurt. And if I have a problem it is taken care of pretty quick.

Comcast high speed cable internet is superfast. I used to have DSL, and the pages seem to pop my computer screen faster with Comcast. Tech support for Comcast is superb....I am literally in a Comcast tech blackberry phone for support, which I rarely ever use, but is great to have. Email, security...it's all there. I even bundle my phone and cable tv with Comcast. Love the service and company!
