I am not happy with anything from AT&T. When I upgraded my DSL, it is not any faster, and they tell me it is my computer. I was suppose to receive a $50 visa card for updating which I have never received. When you try to talk to someone for techicnal assistance you get somebody in India or other foreign country that you can't understand and I am never on the phone with them for less than an hour, and some times still do not have an answer for the problem.

Ok, so the service itself aint too bad SO FAR, it's the whole REWARDS/REBATE crap I was promised! Have had this DSL thing since Dec.11, '08 and, every time I try to go online for the rebate, it says I don't HAVE one! When I call AT&T, They CONSTANTLY change the date/story on when I should expect to get it! Furthermore, I was told the thing would ONLY cost $49.99 + tax...After Cost, Tax AND shipping PLUS first months svc. fee, I was charged $81.55!!! Besides STILL not getting my promised rebate! Ready to seek Legal Help!

In the last several months since having DSL with AT&T there have been many times where I would freeze, and have to manually shut down my computer. Which then causes delay when I restart again-lost out time with IM friends when I freeze and shut down never to reconnect with friend that nite. Over all a guess it is faster thatn dial up but not 100% happy with them. Also after about maybe 4 or 5 months I saw an increas in my monthly amount of only $5 but was never told in advance about it.

While I don't expect this to be published by AT&T Yahoo, I do want to say in the past months I have run into more times than I can count, unaccessable internet. AT&T Yahoo email is very often jammed, through no fault of my own according to the error messages I get. So if you are thinking of getting AT&T high speed internet, look around and check other provider contact successes.

Do not buy this $99.00 for 3 packages that is offered by ATT. Right now my bill for this $99. package is $197.00 per month and they give me no satisfaction when I call just more of a bait and switch deal and I am now stuck. Please do youself a huge favor and do not go for it!
